- Assist Senior Manager – Disciplinary Actions in the processing of DA cases.
- Manage and update the management information system (MIS) of DA cases and ensure that step-wise data is maintained in the system.
- Draft Show Cause Notices/ Explanation letters/ Clarification letters in accordance with the reported misconduct.
- Prepare Inquiry Notices/ punishment letters and manage dispatch and communication through email.
- Assist in the domestic inquiry process and assist in providing relevant documents/evidence to the Prosecutor/ Inquiry Officer/ Committee.
- Closely monitor the processing timeline of assigned DA cases and ensure timely resolution within TAT.
- Provide assistance in the preparation of approval memos/notes for DAC.
- Provide assistance in special projects when required.
- Maintain and update data of DA-related cases, ensure proper documentation of cases in order to maintain track and share relevant data with other departments as and when required.
- Update/upload cases on the system.
- Ensure Disciplinary case papers are filed in the Personal file of respective staff.
