- Consolidate existing reporting footprint for COO functions into a standardized set of dashboards/reports based on business requirements to include an Operational Dashboard as well as a Financial Dashboard
- Prepare business analysis reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide analytical support to the COO functions on critical decision-making
- Work with respective IT teams to establish reports/MIS to facilitate continuous review, monitoring, and evaluation of the performance of existing systems to ensure optimal service delivery/ continuous improvement of functionality
- Manage change control process/prioritization for new requirements and monitor adherence to reporting standards/BI platform
