- Perfor Actively take part in the new core banking implementation analysis and testing phase.
- Participate in System integration testing activities of ADC applications with new core banking system.
- Ensure domestic (1Link etc.) and international payment scheme (Mastercard, visa, UPI etc) certification with new core banking system.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross functional teams for proper execution of CBS migration and parallel run activities of two core banking systems.
- Monitor and help maintain ADC Applications and related infrastructure in a 24x7x365, high-availability environment. Provide 2nd level of application support as per the escalation matrix, responding to problems of an application nature in a 7 day per week, 24 hour per day environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and 3rd level support teams for the timely resolution of production issues within agreed TAT.
- Manages timely processing of daily production batch jobs running on multiple scheduling systems.
- Leads technical support personnel to ensure career growth and achievement of organizational goals including interim and annual performance reviews.
- Coordinates installation and testing of ADC application on new operating system hardware and software.
- Participates in disaster recovery/business continuity and year-end processing activities as needed.
- Trains department staff to handle issues that arise and how to resolve them.
- Follow and implement all directives, policies and procedures issued by Information Security.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
