- Conduct effective Investigation of fraud cases within assigned TAT.
- Login cases in (the existing fraud database) and ensure that quality data is preserved for future reference.
- Gather evidence(s) and ensure proper scrutiny of records related to the investigation.
- Prepare effective Investigation reports along with root cause analysis and recommendation for review and concurrence.
- Ensure and maintain proper case files along with all relevant documents/ customer correspondence/ annexures etc.
- Retrieval of bank records (subject to fraud type).
- Perform visits to customers/banks/companies/vendors/merchants / residential addresses or any place when required for investigation purposes.
- Resolve the complaints of customers where fraudulent attempts are made or may take place and take remedial actions.
- Initiate the best possible efforts to recover the losses for the cases reported as fraud from the involved party or in coordination with a law enforcement agency (where applicable).
- Ensuring that while performing the investigations’ SLAs, Policies, and SOPs are not breached.
